The location was really convenient for our visit to the highlights in Pisa, with the Leaning Tower and other attractions just a short stroll away. We enjoyed the clean bathroom and appreciated the toiletries provided. It was a decent stay overall, but we had some trouble with the vending machine being out of order, which made it hard to get some cold water after our long walks.

Location
grumpy staff, uncomfortable bed and pillows, tiny shower with a dribble of hot water, very noisy - you can hear everything in the rooms next door and above, street noisy from very early in the morning

The hotel was in a good location, near to the station and near to the attractions of Pisa. It was clean and comfortable for the cost, couldn't complain about anything. We had a balcony, air con, tv, private bathroom and even a bug plug provided. Other than the bathroom, didn't expect any of the above.

This hotel is very near the Pisa tower.
If they ask you to leave earlier than the check out time (11am) because they will have a party...etc... Do not agree.

Checking in via WhatsApp felt unprofessional!!! The noise from the street and other rooms was unbearable!!! Air conditioning not user-friendly, leaving us to guess its operation!!!

It was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. There was no kettle to make up bottles but there was a microwave in the communal area.

Very good prices. Clean rooms. I had all the basics I needed. If you need a cheap place to stay at nights (bath and sleep), after a long day traveling in Toscany, hotel Cecile is perfect!
The staff didn't speak English fluently, but body language works! Mosquito problem is everywhere in town, in the hotel no so big problem, staff does everything they can!
